Construction techniques

Triple pipe high pressure rotary pile construction

1、site leveling and measuring and positioning;

2、Adjusting the verticality of the drilling rig propulsion frame with outriggers after the rig is in position;

3、Testing the operation of the air compressor, high-pressure pump and grouting pump, and conducting test spraying;

4、Drill the connected drill pipe to the required predetermined depth and carry out high-pressure rotary spraying operation;

*Designed pile diameter 800mm, pile center distance 600mm, cement using 42.5 grade ordinary cement

*Construction requirements parameters:lifting speed 12cm/min;rotating speed 15r/min;high pressure water pressure 32MPa;cement slurry pressure 1-2MPa;air pressure 0.7 MPa

5、The elevated 60 drill rig lifting process does not require the removal of the drill pipe, the captain needs to pay attention to the bubbling slurry situation;

6、The drill is lifted to the position of the hole and the pressure of the high-pressure pump is reduced;

* Optional drill reference instrument can be used to record construction data, so that the construction situation can be traced.

7、Pull out the drill pipe, flush the pipeline with water and move the machine to the next pile position to continue the construction.
